What are the factors to consider when implementing change, such as the different generational approaches to work and change? How do we develop a framework for facilitating change and integrating change at the individual and organizational levels? In this plenary, we'll identify and dissect technology implementation challenges, discuss facilitating adaptation of change overall, review successful examples of change implementation, and identify tools to facilitate adaptation.
