Intake and hotlines rely heavily on technologies to deliver effective and efficient access to legal services. Opening up the internet to the low-income legal-services applicants is gaining more interest among programs as a way to increase access and improve the quality of services.

This session features three organization's recently implemented projects. Come learn about what technologies are used for web applications, how data analysis tools enhance program quality, how online intake is integrated into existing systems, and observations and lessons learned.
