CCLA is pleased to announce that we will be offering a training session for our current and prospective hotline volunteers. The training will cover

-Our Intake Process
-How to Give Advice and Referrals
-Basic Law for the Most Commonly Encountered Problems, including housing, family, consumer, and employment

The details are as follows:
When: Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: 651 W. Lake St., Chicago, IL 60661

6 hours of MCLE credit have been applied for and, once approved, will be given in exchange for a commitment to volunteer on our hotline (open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Lunch will be provided at the training.
