Seminar will examine new requirements for Durable Health Care Powers of Attorney in Illinois; legal protections and obligations of the current laws related to Advanced Directives, Illinois Health Care Surrogate Act, Health Care Right of conscience Act afford hospitals, doctors and health care providers; review considerations that Catholic attorneys must address as they are confronted with legal directives and how these directives are impacted by Catholic Doctrine.
