Civil Unions became Illinois law in June 2011.  Even thought they are similar to civil marriage, there are important differences that could impact you.  This seminar will provide you with the information you need to enter into or end a Civil Unions in the state of Illinois, plus details on your rights and benefits including inheritance laws, asserting spousal election, making health decisions and filing taxes.  The seminar will include an interactive discussion and Q & A with participants.  YOU CAN ATTEND THIS EVENT IN-PERSON OR VIA WEBCAST.
