Legal services workers typically don't practice Workers' Compensation law, but the topic comes up often for their clients.  The goal of this session is to give legal services workers a basic understanding of the law and procedure around workers' compensation in Illinois so they can do better issue spotting and referral.  Jim Vainikos of Cornfield and Feldman is a long-time expert in this area and is donating his time to help us understand this issue better.
