Description
LOLLAF provides free, civil legal assistance to low-income persons and senior citizens in 65 counties in central and southern Illinois through five regional offices, three satellite offices, and a centralized telephone intake, advice and referral center (Legal Advice and Referral Center or LARC). LARC provides callers with general information on how to use the legal system; offers free legal advice and self-help materials to low-income callers; and refers qualified low-income callers to LOLLAF branch offices for extended legal services.
