The call for greater transparency by government officials, nonprofit watch dogs and the general public, has subjected not-for-profit organizations to greater scrutiny than ever before. With that in mind, the IRS released the new Form 990, which will be required for fiscal years beginning in 2008. The new form aims to provide greater transparency in the reporting of nonprofit activities.

Susan Greggo of Warady & Davis and Kirk Hoopingarner of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon present a free seminar on the new Form 990. During their presentation, Susan and Kirk will address the major changes to the new Form 990 and potential pitfalls to avoid.
