ESI, or Electronically Stored Information, is everywhere and is used by virtually everyone, from landlords and building managers to small business owners to individuals. This session will discuss various examples of ESI, including Facebook issues and email strings, and explore how to use discovery tools to obtain ESI related to your case. We also will discuss how to preserve the chain of custody and assure that ESI is properly authenticated so that you can use it in your case.

This webcast was part of the 2008 Illinois Legal Aid Advocates Conference.
