In September 2007, Congress passed a new federal student loan repayment law, the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA). Learn how student loan repayments will be affected by provisions of the law, what it takes to qualify for loan forgiveness and how to take advantage of the new law. Speakers will also provide updates on other federal and state legislative initiatives targeted to alleviating educational debt for legal aid attorneys.
