Youth Transitional Housing Programs will enable interested service providers to house homeless youth 16 and 17 years old for up to 2 years with services. DCFS licensing staff will explain the new DCFS licensing regulations and how providers can secure a Youth Transitional Housing Program "YTHP" license.
