All too often the person at a legal aid attorney’s desk has immediate needs for food, shelter, medical help or a host of others which the attorney’s legal diploma and our thoughtful judicial system, is not intended to respond to in the short time frame necessary.
These situations may be occurring more frequently given the last several years of increased economic difficulty that has particularly impacted the low income person.
