We all know that parents have superior rights in Illinois. We especially know that noncustodial parents pretty much have an absolute right to visitation. So what do you do when unrestricted visitation would endanger a child? Ever need a counseling referral for clients who live on the South Side?

Branch & Associates is a not-for-profit agency that provides free supervised visitation and safe exchange to non-custodial parents as well as family counseling services to insured individuals. Agency Director, Brenda Thompson, provides an overview of their supervised visitation programs and talks about the extensive counseling services.

This seminar is particularly helpful to attorneys who serve as guardians ad litem or child's representatives.
